Project basics
Start from your Idea Canvas: who it's for, the pain, and what makes it different. Not at GO yet? Run it anyway, and treat what comes out as a draft.
Paste the filled canvas, or just the lines you have. We read the labels (The buyer, The pain, Position, Launch price, Gate…) and show you what we found. Nothing is used until you confirm it.
What type of product is this?
Pick the closest type. Then write your loop: the one thing someone will pay for.
We filled in an example from your buyer and your type. Rewrite it in your own words.
Who uses it?
Three plain questions. They decide who logs in and who owns the data.
Either way, your plan keeps room for a team later.
Most don't need to. Making people create an account just to book or pay loses you sales.
What must v1 do?
0 / 5Pick the steps your loop can't close without — up to 5, in your words. That's NOW. If they're missing, we add sign-in, the payment and the emails your loop sends. Those count toward the five too.
Written down, not lost. Guide 06 sorts it.
What it does on its own
These sharpen your plan. No technical questions — your build tool decides those.
Pick all that apply.
AI inside the product, paid per use — not the AI you build with.
How does it make money?
Use the price your Idea Canvas proved. Not a guess. One price, one model.
That money goes to your customer's own Stripe account, never yours. It is not in your price.
How much will it be used?
For your running costs at 10 and 100 customers. We filled in example numbers for your type — change them.
